Slack Integration Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating a Slack workspace with your Chatvolt Agent. Once integrated, your agent can be mentioned in channels and can respond to direct messages.

1. Connect Your Slack Workspace

1. From the left menu in Chatvolt, select Agents.
2. Choose the agent you wish to connect to Slack.
3. Navigate to the Deploy tab.
4. Under the Slack section, select Settings.
5. Click on Connect Slack. You will be redirected to Slack to authorize the connection.

2. Interacting with the Agent

Once connected, you can interact with the agent in the following ways:

• Direct Messages: Send a direct message to the agent, and it will respond based on its configuration.
• Channel Mentions: Mention the agent in any channel it has been invited to, and it will respond to the message.

3. Disconnect Your Workspace

To disconnect your Slack workspace from the agent, click the Disconnect button on the integration settings page and confirm the action.
