Mercado Livre Integration Guide
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating a Mercado Livre account with your Chatvolt Agent. Once integrated, your agent can automatically respond to product questions and post-sale messages.
1. Connect Your Mercado Livre Account
- From the left menu in Chatvolt, select Agents.
- Choose the agent you wish to connect to Mercado Livre.
- Navigate to the Deploy tab.
- Under the Mercado Livre section, select Settings.
- Click on Connect Mercado Livre Account. You will be redirected to Mercado Livre to authorize the connection.
2. Configure Product Automation
Once your account is connected, you will see a list of your Mercado Livre products. You can configure automation for each product individually.
- Filter Products: Use the search bar to filter products by title.
- Enable/Disable Questions: Toggle the “Questions” chip to enable or disable automatic responses to questions for a specific product.
- Enable/Disable Post-Sale: Toggle the “Post-Sale” chip to enable or disable automatic responses for post-sale messages.
- Bulk Actions: Use the “Enable/Disable All” buttons to apply settings to all filtered products at once.
3. Save Your Settings
After configuring your products, click the Save button to apply the changes.
4. Disconnect Your Account
To disconnect your Mercado Livre account from the agent, click the Delete icon in the top right corner of the integration settings page and confirm the action.
