Whitelist
The Whitelist feature allows you to restrict your agent’s message delivery only to numbers included in a predefined list. This feature is available for agents connected to WhatsApp Official or ZAPI.

How to Access the Whitelist

Managing the Whitelist
- Add a Number: Enter the phone number you want to allow and save it.
- Edit a Number: Modify an existing number in the whitelist.
- Remove a Number: Delete a number from the list to revoke access.
By implementing the Whitelist, you ensure that your agent communicates only with the intended contacts, improving security and compliance.
