The Flux CRM Integration allows you to configure the default scenario and step for new conversations handled by your agent. This ensures that new interactions are automatically routed to the correct place within your CRM workflow, streamlining your customer management processes.

Flux CRM (CRM) will only work fully if you upgrade your plan. This feature is restricted to specific plans.

Configuration

To set up the Flux CRM Integration, navigate to your agent’s General Settings tab.

Default Scenario and Step

You can define a default scenario and a default step within that scenario. All new conversations will be automatically associated with the selected scenario and step. Existing conversations will not be affected by these settings.

  • Default Scenario: Select the primary scenario to which new conversations will be linked.
  • Default Step: Choose a specific step within the selected scenario where new conversations will be placed.

Saving and Removing Configuration

  • Save Configuration: After selecting your desired scenario and step, click “Save Configuration” to apply your settings.
  • Remove Integration: If you wish to disconnect the Flux CRM integration, click “Remove Integration”. This will clear the default scenario and step settings for your agent.

Important Notes

  • Existing and new conversations will be automatically associated with the selected scenario and step.
  • Ensure your plan supports the Flux CRM Integration for full functionality.
