To configure an action to open a form in Chatvolt AI, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access the Agents Menu

Navigate to the “Agents” menu in the Chatvolt AI control panel.

Step 2: Select the Agent

Select the agent you wish to configure the action for.

Step 3: Access the Settings

Click on the “Settings” tab and then select “Tools”.

Step 4: Add a Form

Find the “Form” option and click the ”+” button to add a new form.

Step 5: Choose Your Form

Select the form you wish to open.

Step 6: Configure the Action

Describe the action that will trigger the agent to open the form. This will help the agent understand when to open the form.

Step 7: Configure the Number of Messages

You can also configure the number of messages required to trigger the form opening.
